Is their any other forums as good as dp to get me more traffic because being on that site gave me a good boost :o.
I want more now ;D, I must have more muhaha.

Digg is better for traffic, you just need to keep writing articles.
ozzu is ok, I can stick in a sig link from my profile there if you want, but you should really have some sort of offsite sitemap page you can link your sigs to.

Edit, I just changed my homepage on my ozzu profile to typertappers, thats an extra 650+ sitewide backlinks.

ow i used to be a member on ozzu ;D, and its not that many links so wouldn't really be cought in the sandbox would it :o.

It would normally just devalue the link anchor text value since its sitewide.
however since its just the www link which has no anchor text all it will do is give you extra PR.

Posting in forums to get traffic I'd say is below SEO and PPC. Also, how targeted are the visitors?

every month I've had a increase of 50 unique visits this month it was on track for that but the past 3 days it has gone up an extra 50 and thats 3 days, from being on dp!

How much writing are you doing to get these visitors though? Is the time spent worth it?

I'm trying to push around 3 articles a week.

i have like 90 posts on ozzu ;D.

Its probably easier to write 30 articles and digg them all, you will get way more traffic.

I shall give it a go, i am still getting some pritty good hits from some old article i dugg.

I'm supprised sitepoint dont allow bots to view signatures could be the next dp :).

Thats why you cant trust forum sigs, you never know when they will implement nofollow or some form of crappy SEO No-Sig mod.
Sitepoint is especially bad and I wouldnt trust them as far as i could throw them.

could be a big hit if dp where to block signatures :( doubt they would ever do that though.
