I have mp3pls.com regd at estdomains...gets about 1k uv/month, PR:1...it is submitted to 500 directories, the script is turkish...i translated it by myself!
Now my host is being naughty and wants to shut it down so i want to sell it...any idea how much should i ask?

Do you have a license to distribute music, looking at the fact its free I would say no.
To be brutally honest I would say lucky to get $100 for domain and $200 for whole site.

1200 uniques a year at a $0.04 a visitor minimum.
Thats about $500 worth of traffic a year.

If you sell it at 2 years worth thats roughly $1000
1 year is min, 5 years is max,
so $500-2500 is your range.
