Anyone tried just registering on forums for backlinks?
A lot of forums don't really moderate new members, and if you don't post they wont really think your spamming right?

i will try this on .edu forums and let you know! :)

Been noticing that a lot of forums make you register to see users profiles which could be a problem ;D.

Your better off making a few posts.
A lof of forums hide the memberlist unless you register and I know some forums that purge inactive members or robots.txt the member list pages.
