I brought the third edition a while back for around $30.
I just checked on amazon and they are going for like $10 inc P&P.

I would guess its only because a lot more hacking exposed books have being released, and the 1,2 and 3 editions are on out dated OS's.

Isn't it always so?  ;D

I am supprised because they really are good books!
I would of expected them to go down to $20 but not less, the paper is worth more than $10!

Well perhaps it is excess inventory and they will have to get rid of it somehow.
You don't buy ebooks in pdf format?

Cant stand PDF's I need hard copy to read large books.

I used to think like that then i read 1984 online and it was easy.
Books are nicer but reading from a screen is ok.
