Because of 1and1's shitty ass system, I am getting letters from finance collectors for £12!

Looking over my emails I have not even been contacted by 1and1 saying I haven't payed them!

Personally if 1and1 can't even try to contact customers about not having recieved payment it is showing they have fuck all to do with their customers I shall be leaving their service (shit service may i add) as they passed me onto finance collectors without telling me I have not paid them!

SCUM BAGS!!!!
I bet I'm going to get charged like £100 for having finance collectors sending me letters or something!

I wish I could get finance collectors to chase my £100 debtors.  ;D

beleive me, they're not gonna do anythign for £12.

Send them a invoice for £200 in lost revenue due to service interuptions and say you havnt paid because they owe you money.
Also tell them that they should have emailed you and you will charge them for legal costs as well if they really want to be stupid.
Say you will accept a full apology for the poor standard of the service instead however as long as you get a letter of retraction from the finance collectors and a full appology from them.
