Got any good suggestions to where I can find that?

Okay, I have been thinking about creating a nice little forum using phpBB software. Now, being completely unaware of what the heck I'm getting myself into, and looking to do this frankly as cheap and as close to home (Ohio, USA) as possible, I have found myself completely and utterly lost. So, I need help, in the most descriptive and newbie friendly way possible. So, like I said before, HELP!
