I got my own CMS / Forum at http://www.darkmindz.com, its fully codded by me, and the advantages are alot.. main are: - Uniqueness - Secure, since its not open source, people cant really find exploits but by web hacking, and well it has a good security system. - The way I want it, no extra features, no unused features.
