also a lot less power is required at night.
and as for being a target thats totally wrong, something like this is very hard to take out as it covers a huge area.
and with regards to security its a lot safer than Nuclear or Oil/Gas power stations.
The only way to take out 67 square Kilometers of solar panels would be a Nuke.
