Question regarding Google Index

Hmmm....I finally understand why this happened.
Google is supposed to have 2 sets of indexed pages. One old and one new. So when you do a "site" search for your domain, it may give you two different results, either the old index or the new index. This is to confuse SEOers and prevent abuse.
