Depends on how it is set up.
I have seen a couple of sites that generate a HTML page based on the user agent for an XML feed.
Also Firefox and Opera have built in RSS readers.
So if you are using them you see a webpage.
If google was smart they would only display RSS feed results to Firefox and Opera Users.
