Its kinda 50/50 for me
I love new projects etc and you can charge a bomb as its new. However existing clients (would) have maintenance bills to keep up and the longer they require you, the more money you can make overall.
The problem I have is that new clients take a lot of effort to explain things to if they are not technically minded.
On the flip side, Existing clients can really take the mick and pester you 24/7 to make pointless changes that should of been put into the system originally. That really hacks me off.
