It depends, if you get a link from a PR5 page with less than 10 links on it you will get a PR4

Its logarithmic
PR5=10 PR4s
PR4=10 PR3s
PR3=10 PR2s
PE2=10 PR1s

And the PR gets split between the links on the page.
