Just found another cool one.

Fujitsu FMV-U8240 UMPC
Intel Sealey processor (800MHz)
1GB memory
40GB hard disk
SD reader
2 cameras
5.6-inch (1024 x 600) display

Looks fairly cool.
and Samsung is apparently overhauling the Q1 UMPC as well.
