I use aPlus.net in USA. They offer good services and attentive staff. It may be not cheap.
I have just changed my hostig plan to "PRO" to obtain an unique IP adress and it costs $15/month. In this way I try to protect myself from bad neighbours with the same shared IP as mine.
Is it worth thing? I heard Googel likes domains with an unique IP.
