Burn the ISO to CD using a CD burning software (like deepburner), (remember to select the Burn ISO option)
Then just put/leave in/to CD drive, and reboot your PC, select the boot from CD option.
Then select the second of the two graphics card options when it comes up after boot, when the login option comes up it will have sabayonuser as the username and an empty password field, just click the login arrow as password is not required (although it will also take sabayonuser as password as well) then your up and running.
