Well I was thinking of having forum meetings.
Eg get 3 people who have forums , decide a time to meet up and spend half an hour to an hour once a week just posting and chatting on one of the forums.
Invite regular members as well and Pick forum topics like SEO
in one chat session you should be able to get way more posts in than normal.
Sort of like a Super post exchange.
