Yeah its KDE/BERYL
The Bittorrent client in Opera is fairly cool as well.
Proxy scanner? you can get websites that do that, if you can get it web based I will just chuck in a link on the homepage, been putting it on the long finger though.
Bought a new laptop for Linux testing but have just been playing so far, need free time and have been busy.
