1 way links bad!!!

it goes against what i think PR is.

PR isn't a substance. If you link out you lose some of it, links in bring some of it in.

PR is a vote! a link is 1 vote per site, witht he PR of that link showing how important the vote is. Link outs are just votes and are basically unlimited, they don't take naythign away from your site's PR (as long as there's not so much of them you get classified as a link page or directory.
