UK going nuclear?

Its even worse than that.
The UK is going nuclear so that they can charge money for electricity.
If they invested in renewable energy the cost of electricity production would drop significantly once the cost of building the plant had been recouped.
With Nuclear they can use the excuse that Uranium prices are expensive and difficult to refine.
Plus uranium prices will increase as demand increases.
Its all about charging you for something that should be cheap/free.

But if you pay the bill, its your choice.
