Against.
Flash makes nice elements and IMHO it is the perfect resource for Video delivery, saying that if you have a video site a 100% flash site is ok, but they are not generally SEO friendly and take to long to load.
also it really pisses me off the idiot flash designers who always use the latest version, I always save in compatibility for flash5.
