How much should i charge?

Not to the outer pages, but most people only look at the PR on the main page anyway.
You could spoof it again by having a ? in the URl string
eg index.php?catagory=finance
This would give the finance catagory an apparent PR of one less than the index page even if the fiance catagory wasnt getting spiderd.
