How about starting it off.
You give a good against or for argument and we shall see what we can hit back in your direction.
ok well what i thought for against was that u can't blame the user cause hackers may use new algorithms to hack into systems and we cannot prevent that from happening.. even most secured systems are valnurable to new threats.also we can argue that the vendors of the aplication must provide a security and they are held responsible for any damage caused by hackers.
what are ur opinions on this???
