LOL, yeah I have met people like that.
I remember when I first started learning computers many years ago I used to go into chat rooms on yahoo chat (the old java based one) post a message saying press ALT & F4 to see nude girly pics, then watch about 20 people in the room disappear.
Then I would post the address of my fake toilet cam site (Just a static picture of a toilet)
