Mate thats still fairly crude, and the CEH course is hardly cutting edge.
If you combined that syn flood with some form of Smurf attack you could generate a fairly good ack storm but as it is you need one computer running purely denial of service in order to take down another computer.
that 1:1 ratio is hardly impressive and im assuming you dont even have IP spoofing capabilities on that script so they can just block your IP.
