I saw those 64GB ones that fit into your ide/sata interface. Pretty cool, but just 64GB.

my old company had a pc connected to a molding machine which ran on ram. they have this linux rom thingy which everytime it boots up, loads the os into the memory and wow, it's just super smooth operation. of course, startup is a bit slow.
