I read that somewhere.
I'm hoping they sue their asses off and have to close down.

But from a business point of view they are being extreemly stubborn, everyone still thinks that CD's are the way.
But they also can loose out big time if it goes wrong, their is a lot on the line and personally I don't think their software is up to scratch, again I think p2p is still a odd road to go down.
