So are you running a DNS?
If you are what throws me off is the local policy of the system does not permit you to logon.

This I would believe means something has changed with the client machine, so I would suggest logging in as the client admin and checking if your DNS is setup correctly or maybe gpedit has been changed.

Not all that experienced though but its my best guess.
