Haven't heard of netsupport.
But if your saying that when you log the information it is uploaded to netsupport I would block them if your running the clients through a proxy, or if not block it in the clients host files.

You could find the location its uploading it upto by running something simple like wireshark and watching the internet protocalls.

Personally I don't see why you would need to implement netsupport if your group policies are done correctly then you shouldn't really need to worry about all this stuff.
Watching internet usage can be done with simple tools from the server cutting down the load from the clients.
