I would just donwload and play with a few different ones and see what ones you like.
For open source I hear Zmanda and DeltaCopy are supposed to be good.
With regards paid options I used Genie Soft backup manager a few years ago and it was very good, the new one is supposed to be even better, but thats about all I know about backups.
Make sure you do regular mail backups as well cause thats where most managers have all the important files.
And if anyone in your company is a webdeveloper install SubVersion on your server.
