Yeah plus a lot of other engines like yahoo and MSN will spider stuff faster if you add them to your favourites on your yahoo or MSN homepage. Rss is good but you dont need to go overboard.

EG something like this in your html head is nice and subtle if you dont want RSS buttons cluttering up your site.
