But yeah, I agree with you. the trouble is governments aren't governments anymore they're a bureaucracy and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. In fcat to be honest, they're more like a catepilliar with each leg having 10 or 12 pairs of hands and very few hands know what most of the other hands are doing I guess.

I don't see what is so hard about possibly alerting the creator of that page that they have changed something.

From working on a few big goverment sites, plus one for the UN I have come to the conclusion that all these goverment departments are doing is trying to justify a bigger budget by hiring a load of people and letting them build wastefull stupid websites.
Governments are a waste of time.
Government projects are a waste of money.
Politicians are a waste of oxygen.
