navigator wont go to the top

typertappers.com/trialblog/ dont want to link to it but thats where the new trial theme is.

the idea is to have sidebars but the right one wont go to the top, i cant see what I'm doing wrong i always seem to get this problem when designing a site.

looks like its a float issue.
have you tried checking in firebug?

Edit

Just had a look.
You want tour right float first, your left float second and your main content third.
You have it in reverse.

Also, you have WAY to many onpage links, never more than 100 onpage links and thats a MAXIMUM.

i have around 70, its just on the trial blog it messed up when i imported the things from the other.

i shall put the sidebars before the content then, i did want to keep content first, figured it was better for seo?

Well there isnt really that much of an efect for SEO, google takes the first part of the page and the footer as being the most important, wheather you want links with anchor text, or regular text is up to you.
You can also set all your sections to float:left, then you can have, left, middle, right in that order in the code.
eg, float left on all 3 will group your content like a 3 column table layout (left, middle, right)

Okay so I've fixed it, thinking about launching the new theme soon.

Looks good, in Firefox Grin

IE6 however looks a little off.
Cross browser testing is all important, to many designers have foxblindness.
Especially when IE is the major browser out there.
Perhaps you should just move all menus to the right hand side, this would be better from a usability perspective as well.
Eg, your left one on top on the right, and your current right one underneath.
(also less divs to mess up and at a guess will render nicer)
otherwise it looks nice.

I always forget to check ie when I'm on linux :p, I've checked it in konquer, opera and firefox lol.
Hmm all on the right might try that actually

its one of my bad habbits using too many div tags, shall work on using less.

edit: haha I've ended up with more div tags LOL, its so much easier when its one complete page not 5.

I've made it look pritty good, but now I'm not sure how to get it fixed in IE should I use position absolute?

It looks good, works fine in IE6, firefox & opera.
I like it, the layout is way more usable and I think the colours are better as well.
