What would you guys say is the best, for a presentation. When ever i think of a presentation i emediately think of powerpoint but theirs flash all all this other mumbojumbo.

Powerpoint is the industry standard for projected presentations.  Stick with it.

Powerpoint is ok for basic presentation, if your giving a presentation on using a webpage or something on a PC I would recomend Captivate.
its great for interactive tutorials.
