I have an account with them over a week now. Testing this still. Yesterday my site was down all day, however the admin sent an email out stating
"Most of you maybe noticed server downtime today, it happened because one of our users uploaded paypal phishing site on our server. Our upstream Internet service provider null-routed main server IP. It took time to remove that website and restore access to main server IP. Now everything works fine, we are in process of creating real-time phishing filer so we believe it should not happen again. We are sorry for inconveniences and thanks for support."
Sounds good to me.

no catch, I dont have to put an ad on my website or post to get host. I even use my domain instead of a sub domain.

Their support sucks! someone tell me if this is correct. Name server: ns5.000webhost.com ns6.000webhost.com
I directed addpage.net to the name servers but it doesn't work.
And I can't even change the damn password for my account.
their support says within 24 hours they should change that to 72 hours or something :p.

It takes time for the DNS changes to filter through the DNS servers throughout the internet. 24-72 hours is about right. DNS records in a normal DNS server normally last about 48 hours before they are refreshed.
