Has anyone here used any SEO Software tools. I had WebCEO for a while and found it good for analising traffic and a lot of on page elements, the free edition is worth a download. generally I dont trust these automated tools as they miss a lot of things and some of them do more harm than good but this one was fairly good. I was just wondering, has anyone got any experience with the ones that are not crap?

WebCEO is good, I use it a lot. Stay away from link building software though, most will just sign you up to link farms.

Are you using the pro version or the free version?

Free version so far. I have been spending my money on PPC and link buying.

SEOElite is popular, recommended also from other SEO experts. Didn't try it though, not free ($167).
seoelite.com/index1.htm
What I don't like at these introduction sites is there are so long and stuffed with some "convincing" proofs. But I might be interested in some more automatic SEO as I do now.

Its especially good for comparing your site against competitor sites, (both onpage and offpage). I love this tool.

SEO studio is good for comparing your serps rankings against competitors and analysing your pages.
stay away from the free submits and link building tho. you can get it for free it you link to them from a pr4 site. just search for seo studio.

I will have to try out SEO studio, is it free? The free WebCEO is good but a couple of features that you get in the paid version are disabled.

Yeah I use the free version at the moment and have used the paid one with a company I used to work for. The free one is very good and has nice analysis, the paid one is good for comparing to other sites and is worth it if you have a few large sites to maintain. I would start off with the free one though.
