if that was true I would be drinking 24/7.

All it does to me is makes me sleepy, even redbull mix.

Personally I think a adrenolyn rush can make people much more fun , plus makes for a much better day no hangover either.

Na, there is no need to drink too much till you get a hangover in the morning. Just slowly drink one or two mugs and you will be fine.

It depends most on what you are drinking, from what I've read about it its not the actual alcohol that gives you a handover its more what is mixed with the alcohol which gives you it.
Which is why drinking spirits can stop you getting a really bad hang over when compared to drinking largers and ciders all night.

Yes, it's mainly the impurities that is causing the hangovers. Good clean fermentation is important. Thus if the beer taste clean with less off flavours, then it has less impurities. However, alcohol itself does affect hangovers as you drink too much, the body starts to find it difficult to clear off toxins from your body. The rule of thumb is the stronger the alcohol content, the bigger the hangover you get.

One advise - drink lots of water before sleep.
