Na, the license for that is like several thousand dollars per year!
Crazy prices. But anyway, it was an interesting experience for me to brew beer. Never thought beer was brewed like that, always had thought that the beer comes from some bottle.  Grin

Ideally its just boiling oil up to a certain level, you can buy little tanks for your garages now which costs a lot though.

Ik, thats some head, question, what sort of head do you have after drinking this?
Cause I was on austrian local brewed beer last night and my head is splitting.
Apparently home/local brews have more impurities.

Ethanol. Main cause of headaches. It is most likely the brewed beer isn't done right and there are excessive amounts of ethanol in the beer. But the truth is, different people have different reaction to the type of ethanols in the beer. So someone drinking vodka could have no headaches but the same person drinking some beer will have a splitting headache in the morning. The best way to prevent a headache - eat a balanced meal, drink lots of water and well, just enjoy your beer.
