Introduction:RSecure Software is security for you computer. It does not have anything to do with the internet. The main purpose of RSecure Software is to protect personal/private information on your computer. RSecure Software is recommended for personal use, but can be used as security for a corporation. If you are a person who does not remember passwords or writes them down, this software is not for you!
RSecure Software is compatible with both Windows XP and Windows Vista. It is not recommended to install and run the software on any other operating system.

After you have downloaded the full version of RSecure Software, be sure to read the Documentation and License Agreement. After you agree with the License Agreement, you can start the installation process by clicking on the Installer. Everything is automatic. When the installer is done installing RSecure Software on your computer, the installer will close and a message box will come up asking if you would like to run RSecure Software. There will be a shortcut placed on your desktop for a short period of time. (The software will automatically delete the shortcut after you have reached the process where you will not need it anymore.)
When you run RSecure Software after the installation, it will redirect you to the registration page. (Internet is not required to register). After you have completed the registration process, there will be a text document on your desktop labeled "RSecure Software". Send the text document as an attachment to:
guide_robert@yahoo.com. You will then receive the billing information to fill out. After we have confirmed payment, you will be sent a file through email labeled "RSecure". Place that files on your desktop and run RSecure Software again by clicking on the shortcut on your desktop. The software will then ask you to set a password for the software. When you go to set the password,
DO NOT and I mean
DO NOT make a password that you will forget! I suggest spending some time to create a password, something fairly easy and memorable. It would also be smart to include both numbers and letters. You may enter special characters like: <[>/}()\, but it is not recommended. When you finally come up with a password, it would be a good idea to write it down and store it in a safe place, even if you can remember it. It's better to be safe than sorry!
If you forget your password and you have RSecure Software on your system, you will be in a world of hurt. There will be absolutely nothing I nor anyone else will be able to do to help you. The only option would be to reformat your hard drive. There are no secrets or backdoors to this program, which is one of the main reasons this software will make your computer so secure. I am sorry that I have to stress this, but make sure that you make a password you can remember. RSecure Software will be held responsible if you forget your password.
If you feel at any time that you are unsatisfied with RSecure Software and do not want it on your computer anymore, run the uninstaller to uninstall the software from your computer. You will be prompted for your password, that way only you will have the ability to uninstall the software and not just anyone. If you fail to enter your password correctly the first time, your computer will automatically shut down. Also, if you have not set a password yet for RSecure Software, just leave the password blank and click OK.
RSecure Software - Program Features:I am now going to go over each feature of the program. To start off, after the program has been activated and you have set the password, the program will notify you that it will have to reload. When it is done reloading, you will see a black box with the letters RS in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen (tray). If you right-click on the black-box (icon) you will see the list of controls. If you double left-click on the icon, it will put your computer into computer lock mode, which I will explain now:

Lock Computer: Lock your system while your away and you'll be sure to know that your system is safe from intruders. A fine example would be friends, but it would also keep anyone else out. Just enter your password again to resume using you computer. Keep in mind, you have (3) attempts to enter your password correct, if you fail to enter the password correctly within the (3) attempts, you will automatically be logged off you user account.

Change Password: In order to change your password, you must use the change password feature. When you go to change your password for RSecure Software, you must enter your old password correctly before entering a new password. Don't worry, your password is encrypted using a very powerful encryption method. Also, when you create your new password, I suggest that you write it down, if not on the line above, then somewhere safe. You will have (3) attempts to enter your old password correctly, if you fail to enter your old password correctly within the 3 attempts given, the computer lock will be enabled.

Auto-Activate: The Auto-Activate features acts kind of like a screen-saver does. After you have enabled it, you can select the amount of time you want from a range of 5 minutes all the way up to 3 hours. Your system will then detect how long your computer has been inactive and when the time specified has been met, the Lock Computer feature will come into effect, thus locking you computer from intruders.

RSecure Login: The RSecure Login feature is the most important feature of RSecure Software. It is the main reason this software was built. By default, the RSecure Login feature is deactivated so you can explore around the software and get to know it first. When you are sure that you are ready for the most powerful feature of the software, then you can click on activate. When you have activated this feature, whenever you log into your user account, your computer will start off locked and you will be asked for your password. If you do not enter your password correctly the first time and within 1 minute, you will automatically be logged off your user account. This feature can also be deactivated if necessary. When Activating or Deactivating this feature, you will be prompted for your password. If you fail to enter your password correctly the first time, the computer lock will be activated.
If you would like this feature changed in anyway for example less time to enter your password, or have your computer shutdown instead of logging off if the password isn't entered correctly, I will customize the software for you to your specifications for an additional $10.-
Process Guardian: RSecure Software's security relies on Process Guardian. Process Guardian disables the task manager, command prompt and the windows registry from being accessed. The only way to access the task manager, command prompt or windows registry is by turning off Process Guardian. When attempting to turn this feature on or off, you will be prompted for your password. If you fail to enter your password correctly the first time, the computer lock will be enabled. I would suggest not turning off this feature unless you have to.
For security purposes, Process Guardian will be activated every time you log into your user account. Process Guardian greatly reduces the chance of a security breach.-
System Controls: The System Controls Feature contains your main computer controls:

Turn Off Monitor: You probably haven't seen this feature around. It basically just turns off your monitor, useful if you don't want to shutdown your system or log off.

Log Off: With this feature, you will log off your user account.

Shutdown: You can shutdown your computer by using this feature.

Reboot: Using this feature will restart your computer.

Suspend: You probably haven't used this feature. Suspending your computer is a temporary state your computer enters to help conserve power.

Hibernate: The hibernate feature is designed to keep the desktop settings and program settings currently being used or worked on when a laptop computer loses its power. When the computer is turned back on, the hibernate feature restores your programs and settings exactly as you left them when the computer was turned off.

Miscellaneous Controls: I have added a few miscellaneous programs to RSecure Software to help you keep your system a little more secure.

Delete File On Reboot: Every once in a great while, you may run across a file or program that you may have downloaded (usually a virus) and you won't be able to delete it from your machine. With this neat little program, you can select the file you want to remove, and it will be deleted next time you reboot your computer. Someday, it may come in handy for you, you never know.
Delete File On Reboot is a very powerful tool! When starting up this very powerful tool, you will be prompted for your password. If you fail to enter your password correctly the first time, you will automatically be logged off of your user account.-
Laptop Power Monitor: If your running this software on a laptop, more power to you. This little program monitors your power information and when used will give you statistics about it.

Password Generator: The Password Generator is a handy little tool when your looking to create a password for something. With it, you can create a password containing letters, numbers, and/or special characters. The maximum password length aloud is 10,000 characters. Another little feature to this program is every time you generate a password, it is automatically copied to your clipboard so all you have to do is open a word document and paste the password for easy storage.

System Monitor: A very powerful program. When you start the program, make sure that you select a drive to analyze and not just any folder and example on most computers would be: Local Disk (C:). This program will show you information and statistics about your computer, show running processes along with their I.D. and their location on your computer. It also shows all of the items in your startup and location and the installation of programs/software on your computer along with the location.

Temporary Files (Only for Windows XP): Yes, this program was only designed to run on Windows XP and will not run on Windows Vista. When you start this handy little program, it will take a minute or two to load because it has to search for the index files. This is another very powerful program as it is used to view the location of all your temporary files and will also delete them for you upon your command. There is also an index.dat tab. If you click within the window, all the information will be copied to your clipboard. From there you can paste the information into a word document and save for your records.

Windows Media Player Remote Control: This program is one of the very first programs I created. Think of it like a remote to a T.V., but for Windows Media Player. It might take a bit of playing around to get used to, but just another little handy tool.

Temporarily Disable RSecure: Use this feature if you need to temporarily disable RSecure Software. After you Enable RSecure Software, log off or reboot your computer, RSecure Software will become activated. You will have (3) attempts to enter your password correctly, if you fail to enter your password correctly within the 3 attempts given, your computer will shutdown.
For security purposes, when using this feature RSecure Software will be automatically activate every time you log into your user account. -
Permanently Disable RSecure: Do not use this feature unless you are sending your computer out to be fixed or for some other very important reason. By using this feature, RSecure Software will disabled and continue to be in a disabled state until you Re-Enable RSecure Software. I highly suggest not using this feature unless you have to. You will have (3) attempts to enter your password correctly, if you fail to enter your password correctly within the 3 attempts given, your computer will shutdown.
