Well I am sad to say that the free hosting that n2kdesign.co.uk was running on, has been terminated.

The companies servers were down for near on 3 days after a severe ddos attack, and they are now charging for hosting.  Its dirt cheap at about £2.90 a month, for the same options as the free package (i hope), i.e. asp/.net2, php, sql server, msaccess, mysql, 3gb storage etc.

I have paid up but not received any invoice of contract with them tho so I am a little wary. I am not paying in excess of £150 gbp a year for two paid hosting services now. 1and1 and freewebdot.com.

I may cancel my 1and1 hosting and move the sites to freeweb, but leave the domains in tact.

What you guys think?

4uhosting.co.uk brilliant i've got the plus plan which is about £50 a year and I'm running 3 sites on it only problem is its only for php [:p] but using php has to be better than paying 150 a year []

the freeweb one is only charging 32 pa and thats dirt cheap  for ms hosting.thats about 2.98 a month!

well the server went down last night for a few hours so i emailed after having paid i wasn't happy.
they were relocating  it to a new server rack and its been fine  now. sharky thinks its a bit faster. I havn't noticed.
