Mindfulness Workshops Blue Mountains aim to prevent and reduce stress and anxiety, by recognizing the factors that cause it, observation and breathing, thoughts as stress generators and learning techniques that facilitate access to states of relaxation. To develop body awareness, as a means to know what is happening to me today and now, through observation of body sensations, learning breathing techniques, proprioception and receptivity through the senses. Promote the development of personal skills, such as the ability to pay attention and concentrate, to manage emotions, to empathize with others, and to know the techniques of relaxation.
