Adobe Photoshop CS3 Beta has been released.
http://labs.adobe.com/
Apparently you need a serial for CS2 or some other adobe product and have to be registered to use it for longer than 48 hours.

Hopefully they merged image ready with photoshop so we don't have to keep switching back and forth between the two....that takes up alot of time when you have a slow PC.

Why do you use image ready, I've never used it because I don't understand what you use it for?

Image ready is used to animate images that you created in photoshop. My avatar was created in Imageready by taking a clip from an anime show and cutting out that particular scene then I wrote my name on it.

Its a cool Avitar.
Image ready is a little heavy for basic animation though.
There are loads of smaller animation apps out there.

It retails at around $1000 for the cheapest option. which is why a lot of people use pirated copies.
however if you want something legal, free and simple you could try gimp.
