Whats your favourite chat system.
MSN, SKype, Yahoo messenger, Gmail Chat or do you just use emails and message boards?

I like skype and Gtalk.
I ocasionally use yahoo messenger.
most of my chatting is on forums though (I like SMF forums, PHPBB and VB).

I like Kopete and Gaim ... both know a lot of protocols and I connecting to several chat systems ...

I had Yahoo on my other computer. This one had it but it is gone now. Perhpas the wonderfull wife doesn't want me getting IMs there. Which is okay because I agreed to forsake all others when I married her.

I think forums are great because you can check back later and get an answer.
No problems with time zones, etc.

Thats why I like forums. Plus it gets kind of hard for a dyslexic person to keep up with a conversation of letters. Lol I need time to type out what I want to say. |

Only if the letters "d" or"b" are in the image. On rare ocasions I mix up "6" and "9" but only if the CAPTCHA system is using a strange font. No where else do I mix up the number "6" & "9" though... |

I don't like kopete i prefer gaim if i get a KDE distro the 1st thing i do is get rid of kopete and install gaim  |
