I thought this article was very good.
All US passports issued since January 1st will have RFID chips inside them, yet another way for the goverment (and skilled hackers) to monitor people, so wired has discovered that the best way to disable the RFID chip is with a hammer. Your passport is still valid but big brother will have a harder time tracking you.
(and hackers wont be able to steal your info)
http://www.wired.com/wired/archive/15.01/start.html?pg=9Also the laws which govern the chips are also apparently unconstitutional.
NORTON v. SHELBY COUNTY, 118 U.S. 425 (1886)“An unconstitutional act is not a law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; it affords no protection; it creates no office; it is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.”
RFID CHIPS, Just anoter bad idea, or another step towards an orwellian police state.
So, what do you think
Would you say to a goverment that wanted to track your every move.
