I'm using this cable http://play.com/PC/PCs/4-/611009/Networking_Cable_10m_Cat_5_Cable/Product.html I've installed p2p on my sp1 machine and also the sp2 machine and it still says network cable unplugged, so i take it the cable is falty?

do i need something like this http://play.com/PC/PCs/-/664/871/-/3274046/Belkin_Cat5e_Snagleass_15M_UTP_RJ45_Patch_Cable/Product.html?searchtype=genre ?
