What does this mean from Google Search Results?

When I search for a term, let's say "GoGuides"
The first result is www.goguides.org

But somehow it is displayed differently from the rest.  They have additional information on that site as well.
Does this mean that the site is a trusted source?

Seen quite a lot of times, this type of results. Usually number 1 for a certain phrase or term.

Sorry, your question isn't that clear.
Outbound links can contribute to keyword text but has nothing to do with if a site is trusted or not.
