Which is better for SEO ? Should I "bold" my keywords or "strong" them ?
And how many times do you do that before you are considered as keyword spamming ?

I generally use bold. and use the bold tag about 3-5 times on the same keyword depending on the ammount of content . and use the h1 or h2 tag one or two times.

bold is better than underline or italics, but try to use h1, h2 tags if possible.
Try to get a high density of your keywords in bold on the webpage, but make it look alright for visitors too.

Well they keywords for the page should be related to the links going to the page. it should all be along the same theme. You get a much better result if the title, links, and onpage content all match up.

Links going to the page Ouch my head hurts badly. The links going to the page is what page? You mean offsite links or onsite links pointing to somewhere.

yeah, links are the top thing to SEO on your page after the title tag. also, have links on other websites pointing to your site contain your keywords.

They still work for SEO but the H1 and H2 tags are more important.
