Subst is a DOS command that substitutes folder/drive paths (like mapping a drive letter onto another drive).
I prefer the 3rd party file manager approach (A43), as a lot of places have restricted access to cmd.exe
and you still need to use something like a43 or Dos to browse those files anyway.
