It looks a little to bland, it looks to much like a template.
Only messing (ish).
Its good but not great, I would reduce or remove the blue spacing between panels and the lightblue border around the top and main (join them up), the left nav is good, but needs a more active border.
stick the topmenu in the main part, the h1 in the head
This should make it look simpler and cleaner, more like a content page.
Take a look in 1280 as well cause main content block looks a little off.
