currently I have vmware installed on pclinuxos.
but I want to have xp running on full screen and also be able to switch between desktops (alt+F1 etc), is this possible all i want to do is run CS3 Grin.

Well you could always look into using an apple version of CS3 on Linux, Im sure its possible, both are based on UNIX.

I don't want to even try that Grin I'm not much of a hacker so I doubt i would be able to get it working.

Well then your only other easy options are VirtualBox or some form of remote Workstation/Trojan.
VirtualPC is good for running Linux inside windows.
VirtualBox is good for running windows inside Linux.
VMware is good if your willing to spend a load of time tweaking it for best performance, personally I don't use it anymore.
VirtualBox is a better solution for Linux systems and its easier to run.
I also heard a rumour about someone taking a Mac version of Virtual PC and running it on Linux but I never bothered looking into it.
(I imagine it would be buggy as sh1t.)

I did consider  using virtualbox before but choose vmware, so I will give virtualbox a try.

Thought I should say virtualbox allows me to switch desktops Grin, I love it its like wow i get to use linux and windows at the same time!
