31  General / General / Support / Re: Concentrated solar power grid can save the planet. on: December 04, 2006, 03:53:12 am
Solar power cannot be relied upon.  There would need to be a constant charge, even with backup batteries.  Its an interesting idea tho...

Of course the other downfall is that terrorists would know of its existance and could wipe out the UK's power in a heartbeat by attacking it.
32  General / General / Support / Re: Converting PDF to HTML on: December 04, 2006, 03:51:34 am
I'm not a fan of converting pdf to html.  There are always elements that cannot be converted, and it also results in a mass of files being generated.

HTML to PDF would be a lot better Cheesy

43  General / General / Support / Re: I need some stuff to read. on: November 17, 2006, 06:30:03 am
Just goto your local borders/waterstones and have a look around until something grabs your attention.
Computer books arnt' really designed to be read front to back. Their quite often tedious.

Your forgetting tho, a web browser isn't about the features. Its primary purpose is to correctly view web pages. I have no interest in plugins, toolbars or features offered by any web browser.
